Availability of all services is dependent on current conditions and scheduling. We have the authority to alter or cease services without prior notification.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and complete details
  • Remit the required deposit as specified in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed after we receive payment and send you a written confirmation. We hold the discretion to deny service to anyone.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent upon the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We will strive to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All stated prices are in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices can vary and may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of total charter fee due at the time of reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter departure
  • Incidental costs (if any): Payable upon the charter's completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Our secure, encrypted systems handle payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 50% repayment
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No repayment

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to a subsequent available date at no additional cost
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with the designated vessel, we will attempt to procure an appropriate substitute. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as needed
  • Inform about any health conditions that could affect their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The listed items are not allowed on the yacht:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive alcohol (exceeding reasonable consumption)
  • Pets (unless given prior permission)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully. We reserve the authority to prematurely end a charter without a refund if a passenger's conduct is hazardous or disturbs other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are limited in our liability to the cost paid for the charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal harm due to guest negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain extensive maritime insurance that covers our vessels and operations. Guests are responsible for securing their own travel and personal belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you recognize the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and accept responsibility for your own security and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to revise itineraries, paths, or schedules due to meteorological conditions, safety requirements, or operational exigencies. We will endeavor to provide equivalent alternative experiences in such events.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for postponements, cancellations, or changes resulting from factors beyond our control. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
